For those who prefer the comprehensive protection of a warranty that lists what is not covered, Protect4Sure Drive Elite pays toward cost of repair or replacement of all mechanical and electrical parts following mechanical breakdown or identified as likely to suffer imminent breakdown during MOT or service. PLUS Wear & Tear from day one for cars up to 6yrs/60,000m at time of claim.

Reliable Insurance
Protect4Sure policies are contracts of insurance, meaning we are “legally” bound to honour the terms of your policy.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) set high standards for any company selling insured policies. We must be authorised and regulated by the FCA and the company and its employees must comply with FCA regulations in the same way as banks and finance companies.

If you’re dissatisfied with your insurance and believe you have not received a satisfactory response through the company’s complaints procedure, you can ask The Financial Ombudsman Service FOS to settle the dispute.

FOS have statutory powers to help settle disputes between consumers and UK-based businesses providing financial services, this service is free to consumers only if the product is insured.  Decisions are based on what FOS believes is fair and reasonable in the circumstances of each individual case and will enforce their decision.

If FOS rule you have not been treated fairly, they will tell the company what they must do to rectify the situation.
